now i dont want the braided look and i dont want to take the time to curl it so will a perm do it

no, a perm wont do it, a perm curls your whole head and thats not all curls, the best way to do it is with a curling iron and hairspray, even though it may time consuming

im not sure if a perm would work.. my mom got a perm and they made it wayyy to curly..but she kept washing her hair so it wasnt so curly and fro-like XP
