I use two braids and lots of conditioner on my girls. Dont wear it just down the ends will twist together and knot up very bad. Or you can try a swim cap. Or put it up in a tight bun that works too.

Try putting your hair in a tight bun, or just leave it down.

There really is no solution and putting your hair up usually makes it more messy, because when taking it out you would have more tangles and knots.
