Braids- how do u wash em?
You DON'T wash it a much as you do when it's not braided. if you rub it it will mess the braids up when they dry. If it starts to itch or be really dry just rinse it gently in the shower. You can put in some conditioner, but dont rub it in too hard.

It depends on if you have dry or oily hair. For normal hair you should wash your hair every 3 days. And try not to use heavy conditioners because it will loosen the braids and they will fall out.
