i got my hair braided today. its really tight in the top of my head,causing me a lot of pain. can anyone suggest something i can apply to my scalp to ease the discomfort.

grease your scalp daily until the pain goes away... and if its that tight u should probably grease it everyday so that your hair doesnt break off.

I've had the same problem whgich is why i don't braid it anymore. Ok anywho here's what I did well i went to the nearest hair store. In the gel and jam aisle there are always hair sprays. Some of them are braid sprays. I you buy one o those and spray it on your hair daily. I guarantee your hair will be loose by 3 days. Good Luck!

win you first get your hair done you need to hold the tip of your braid so that it wont be that painful.....
if that doesnt work them you should take the braids down if yourscalp starts to bleed......
