Brit cries, Halloween is too scarey, can you help him?

Halloween outfits 'create fear'

Retailers who sell traditional Halloween merchandise, such as scary masks, are creating a "climate of fear", the Bishop of Bolton has said.

The Rt Rev David Gillett has written to supermarkets asking them to rethink the way they promote the pagan festival, celebrated on 31 October.

He said they are focussing on the darker side of Halloween.

Mr Gillett suggested shops stock hair braids, bright balloons and colourful costumes alongside traditional items.

I hope some one writes back to tell him THAT'S THE FREAKING POINT. Hallowe'en is supposed to be a celebration of fear and horror. I like that Hallowe'en is "dark", it's much better than stupid-assed holidays like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.

I she it my self when a serine screen image abruptly screams with an exceptionally effective shocking red devilface graphic. I was skeered with a panicked hheartbeat for an hour....I'm 56 years old! I feel for the children suffering from the effects of Haloween %26amp; think the Right Reverend should be heeded! But if I had my way, there would be NO Haloween ever anywhere %26amp; practioners would be incarsarated for eternity anyway. I don't like to hate but when it comes to Orca Winfrey, Ellen Degenerate %26amp; Haloween, I'll make exceptions!
