I permed it last year in January. turned out fine, got touched up as needed, but I started getting it braided, but some of the straightness form the perm is there. she hasn't a chemical straight perm since, august 06. Please help, she wants her hair back!! So do I, it was so beautiful before, but it looks like it's slowly getting shorter.

The best thing to do about you little girl's hair is to take her to a salon and get it done and see what they can do and say about her hair!

deep conditioner every 2 weeks it helps a lot with repairing hair and also try useing non-cheap shampoo and conditioner to help repair it faster. pantene is a really good one and works so good in helping the hair get back to normal kind of

its probably cuz her hair is breaking, perming is never good for hair, especially for a 12 year old. i guess the best thing u can do is put hair cream on it n stuff for dry hair n maybe some oils n condition it n dont perm it again n just wait for it to grow back i guess. n btw, its bad to braid permed hair, so never do that again, cuz it causes permed hair to break n get dry cuz permed hair is usually weak already n the braids r tight n hurt the hair.
