I have my hair braided and I'd like a change but don't want to pay half my rent for extensions. Can anyone please suggest a reasonable gem of a black hair salon?

Try this website, it gives you a list.. I would suggest going through the smaller salons they tend to have the cheapest rates because they are not as a large.
