trim up the dead and split ends (split ends will split all the way to the root and cause your hair to stop growing) and then twice a day, get a glass of orange juice, and put one packet of knox gelatin in it. stir it up and drink it. it'll work wonders on your hair and nails.

I don't know much about this but they say that putting semen and letting it dry for some time would encourage hair growth because of the protein content and some other stuff. This helps if u want to grow your beard or sideburns. Goodluck!

I'm sorry, nothing you can do will make your hair grow really long really fast. Cutting of dead ends might make it look a little healthier, but it will not make it grow faster, because hair grows from the roots. Take good care of your hair though, and it will grow about a half of an inch a month, which doesn't seem lik much, but it's the best you can do.
